These terms cover orders placed on craquekits.com, run by Craque Kits of Sandpoint, Idaho. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and proof approval
Every product is designed in the USA and made to order. When you order, you tick a box to approve your design. That approval is your final proof: we make your kits exactly as shown in your mockup, with the colors, logos, names, numbers and sizes you entered, and we don’t send a separate proof. Changes after you order are only possible before production starts.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars. Team prices drop automatically as your roster grows, as shown in Kit Studio and on our FAQ. There is no setup charge.
Artwork
You confirm that you have the right to use every crest, logo, name and image you upload or send us. We may refuse artwork we believe infringes someone else’s rights.
Our designs and website
Everything on craquekits.com that we created, including our graphics, wrap prints, jersey and crest designs, mascots, mockups, photos, text, the Kit Studio and Crest Studio tools and their code, belongs to Craque Kits and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use them to design and order from us. You may not copy, download in bulk, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer or use them to build another product or website without our written permission. Crests and designs you create in our studios are yours to use on Craque orders; the graphics, artwork and tools used to make them remain ours.
Mockups and colors
Colors on screens differ from printed fabric, so small color differences are not defects.
Shipping
We ship within the United States and to Canada. Customers in Canada pay any import taxes, duties and brokerage fees on delivery. Each order ships to one address. Delivery dates are estimates. See our Shipping page.
