This policy explains what information Craque Kits (“Craque”, “we”) collects when you visit craquekits.com, design a kit, create an account or place an order, how we use it and the choices you have. Craque Kits is based in Sandpoint, Idaho, and serves customers in the United States.
Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, password and address when you create an account.
- Order details: billing and shipping name, address, email and phone, the products you order and any order notes.
- Your team roster: player names, numbers, sizes and gender fit that you enter for each kit. Rosters may include players under 18, entered by a coach, parent or team manager.
- Designs and uploads: the kits and crests you design or save, and the crests, sponsor logos and images you upload.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email, phone or text, including any files you attach.
- Email preferences: whether you said yes to emails about deals, new designs and your saved kits.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our servers and security tools record your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. We also use cookies and similar browser storage (see below). Kit Studio reads your browser’s time zone to work out local sunset times for our Sabbath hours; it only uses your exact location if you have already allowed it in your browser, and it is not stored.
Payment information: card and wallet payments are processed by WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to the payment processor. We never see or store it.
How we use your information
- To make, ship and support your order, including your team store page.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your messages.
- To save your designs and account so you can come back to them.
- To send a reminder about a kit you saved but haven’t ordered, and, if you said yes, emails about deals and new designs. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for others’ advertising. We share only what is needed with:
- Our manufacturing partner, who receives the production sheet for your order: your kit design, logos, and each player’s name, number and size. It does not include your payment details or order total.
- Payment processing: WooPayments and Stripe, to take payment and prevent fraud.
- Shipping carriers, who receive the delivery name, address and phone number.
- Service providers that run our website and email, such as our web host (GoDaddy), WordPress and WooCommerce services, our email delivery service, security and backup tools. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
Team stores are public. When you order, we create a team store page that shows your team’s kit design and name so teammates and fans can order. It does not show your personal contact details.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies that the site needs to work, such as your cart, sign-in and security. Kit Studio also saves your design in progress and settings such as “don’t show the welcome card again” in your browser, so they are there when you come back. If we add analytics such as Google Analytics, it uses cookies to tell us how visitors use the site in general. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, like the cart, may stop working.
Children
Our site is meant for adults, such as coaches, parents and team managers, to use. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player names and numbers on a roster are provided by the adult placing the order and are used only to make the kits. If you believe a child has given us personal information, or you want a player’s details removed, please contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, including rosters, as long as needed to support reorders and for tax and accounting purposes. Saved designs and accounts stay until you delete them or ask us to. Messages and security logs are kept only as long as they are useful.
Your choices and rights
- Emails: unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email, or change the setting in your account. We will still send emails about your orders.
- Your account: you can view and update your details in My Account.
- Access, correction and deletion: ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them. We may need to keep some records the law requires.
Security
We use secure HTTPS connections, a security firewall and regular backups to protect your information. No website is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
