Every Craque kit is designed in the USA and made to order for your team. Here is how long it takes and how it gets to you.
How long does my order take?
Production takes about 3 weeks from the day you place your order, plus shipping time. Need kits by a certain date? Send us a message through our contact form before you order and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
We don’t offer rush orders at the moment.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states and to Canada.
How much is shipping?
- United States: $25 flat rate per order.
- Canada: $45 flat rate per order.
- Free shipping to both on orders of $1,000 or more.
Prices are in US dollars.
Orders to Canada
Canadian customers pay any GST/HST, provincial sales tax, duties and brokerage fees charged by the carrier or Canada Border Services Agency when the package arrives. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
One shipping address per order
Each order ships to one address. To have players’ kits delivered to their own homes, set up a team store: players order from it individually and pay their own shipping.
How will I know my order has shipped?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, send us a message through our contact form with your order number and we’ll make it right. See our Return Policy for mistakes in an order.
