Every Craque kit is made to order for your team, with your colors, crest, sponsor logos, names, numbers and sizes. Because nothing is made until you order it, here is how returns and reprints work.
If we made a mistake, we fix it for free
If anything arrives different from the kit you designed and ordered, such as a misspelled name, a wrong number, a printing or sewing defect, or a garment made in a different size than the one on your roster, we send a replacement free of charge, including shipping.
Please tell us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the problem.
Sizes, spelling and changes of mind
You choose every size, name and number in your roster, and you see the exact front and back mockup in Kit Studio before you pay. Because each item is personalized, we can’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:
- a size that was ordered but doesn’t fit,
- names, numbers or spelling entered in the roster as they were printed,
- colors or designs chosen in Kit Studio, or
- a change of mind after the order is placed.
Check our Size Charts before you order. When in doubt, size up for youth players.
Need an extra or different size?
Order it any time from your team store. Every team order gets its own store page with your design, so new players or a bigger size can be added at the normal team price. There is no setup charge.
Changing or canceling an order
Contact us as soon as possible. We check every order before it goes into production and can usually make changes until then. Once production has started, we can’t change or cancel the order.
Design services
The one-time fee for Team-Exclusive Kit Design and Team-Exclusive Crest Design is non-refundable once design work has started.
How to request a replacement
Send us a message, choose Returns and Exchanges as the topic, and include your order number and photos. We’ll reply with next steps, and once we confirm the problem we’ll get your replacement made.
